Old stories is an annual festival. Readings, performances, film projections, installations, concerts, around poetry. Visual poetry, sound poetry, poetry by way of poster, poetry performance, movies-poetry, poetry-video: centered on the meeting between the writing and art, very confused practices, the Ritournelles festival is addressed to a large audience for a discovery of the French literature more innovating.

Dedicated to plural creation, the festival is invited in all the places which develop it as well in Bordeaux as in its area. By proposing each year a program varied the festival joins together many people in many cultural places (theatres, museums, theatres, art galleries, bookshops, libraries, media libraries, cinemas).

With the passing of years, the festival is an increasing success. It knew to constitute a large and faithful audience. Located very well by the authors and the artists, it receives a real recognition of the public institutions, cultural actors and media, as well at the regional level as national.
